The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position acts as the receptionist for ESG’s corporate office as well as an Administrative support role for both the Corporate office and the Public Sector’s Southeast Region. This role requires strong internal and external customer service skills, experience and knowledge of various Microsoft software packages and the ability to multi-task. Main duties include but are not limited to greeting visitors to the building, answering the phone, arranging for internal meetings, document processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing and power point. Further, the position requires verbal and written communication, independent judgment and discretion, priority determinations, attention to details, follow-through skills as well as interpersonal skills. This individual is required to work harmoniously and communicate (verbal and written) with workers and co-workers inter and intra-departmentally.
