Energy Systems Group, LLC (ESG) is an energy services company that designs, builds and operates energy-related infrastructure solutions for its government customers. The Senior Counsel advises management and represents the company, in coordination with the General Counsel, on a broad array of matters of significant legal importance, primarily, but not exclusively, with respect to our federal government business. The Senior Counsel is the frontline legal support to all levels of our federal business unit. This position is administratively intensive and requires experience with, and knowledge of, federal government contracting, including FAR/DFARS. This position is primarily performed at our offices in Eagan, Minnesota.
