  • Overview


    Provide administrative support, as it applies to the areas of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system functions (including data entry) and business processes. Work with BA (Business System Analyst) team to identify and enhance end user support, training, continuous improvement and troubleshooting. Assist team with migration to, implementation of and continued operations of business within the ERP system.




    • Work with BAs to maintain and update database records
    • Work with BAs and end users to monitor and support prequalification activities as well as to qualify Suppliers based on Business Unit/ Regional needs
    • Perform process support, data entry, data analysis and appropriate follow up in ERP system as directed and trained
    • Monitor and support ERP workflow
    • Assist BAs and training coordinator with training activities including process documentation, production of training materials, coordination and communication of ERP training activities
    • Work with BAs to gain and maintain an operational understanding of pertinent modules within ERP system
    • Assist departments in moving records through ERP system
    • Work with BAs to maintain records database within ERP system
    • Assist BAs in implementing and managing a continuous improvement program
    • Coordination and communication with staff to assure proper support is provided to enhance the defined business processes using the ERP system
    • Identify and resolve or escalate issues related to process, workflow or functional performance of ERP
    • Perform all other duties as assigned








    • High School Education required; College Degree preferred


    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and an understanding of databases
    • Ability to work well with all organizational levels
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, exercise discretion, and use independent judgment
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Willingness to work in a collaborative environment
