    The Sr. Financial Analyst of Energy Systems Group assists the VP of Accounting and Finance in the analyzing and reporting of accounting and financial information, both internally and externally. This position, in conjunction with VP of Accounting and Finance, will prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for all of Energy Systems Groups’ business units, for the guidance of management.





      • Lead the development of, analysis and interpretation of statistical and financial information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability against budget and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization
      • Enhances/develops credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the President and the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities
      • Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures and analyzes and reports variances
      • Provides technical financial support including financial modeling and return analyses for possible acquisition targets
      • Performs additional operational analysis as requested by Senior Management




    • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
    • MBA/CPA preferred 



    • 7-10 years’ related experience
    • Strong financial, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks due to breadth of portfolio
    • Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills



    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision
    • Ability to proficiently operate Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel (financial modeling experience)
    • Interpersonal skills and the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
    • Unquestionable integrity and trustworthiness
    • Ability to operate at high energy levels with a strong sense of urgency
