The Sr. Manager Operations is responsible for oversight of facility management, energy delivery, and operations and maintenance (O&M) services at multiple (typically >10) customer and/or company owned facilities some of which operate on a 24 x 7 basis. Responsible for delivering favorable results in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), financial, customer service, continuous improvement, supporting business growth, and employee development while ensuring all contractual requirements are met. Responsible for meeting all customer service, contractual requirements, and guarantees at each facility. Represent organization to community, customers, government agencies and the public.
