Compensation Systems Analyst is responsible for completing all of the tasks involved with administering the Incentive Compensation Plans, including design and modeling, eligibility management and payment calculation, reporting and analysis, plan auditing and governance control.
Analyst performs the processing and reporting of incentive plan compensation. This position requires the utilization of management skills, various Microsoft software packages, computer network, internet and intra-net databases, and ensures legal and regulatory compliance. This includes but is not limited to document processing, spreadsheets, power point, and maintaining databases.
Analyst provides payroll and expense processing support, including but not limited to, assisting the payroll manager with timecard administration and processing of bi-weekly payroll; and processes employee expense reports through an automated tracking system.
Further, the position requires inter and intra-departmental verbal and written communication, independent judgment and discretion, priority determinations, execution of policies, attention to details, and follow-through skills to meet deadlines..
