The Facilities and Technical Support Assistant performs business, administrative, and technical tasks in support of Operations Service facilities under the direction of a Facility Manager. This position requires a wide range of skills and training to fully support the ESG facilities staff. Experience and knowledge is required of various software packages and operating systems. This includes, but is not limited to document processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, CMMS/ERP systems, and graphic design/computer aided design. The position requires verbal and written communication, technical competence, independent judgment and discretion, priority determinations, execution of ESG policies, attention to details, follow-through skills as well as interpersonal skills. Technical skills are required to perform work in the field performing surveys, inspections, testing, operations, and general maintenance.
